- All deliveries will be made within the same day or next business day.
- All delivery returns will be picked up the same day or within the next two business days.
- UBC policy is to give 100% credit on all returned, clean, salable, and in-stock merchandise.
- Special Order returns are subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions, including any applicable re-stocking fees including the possibility of no credit given on custom order goods.
